    Mr. LeMay was appointed President & CEO effective June 1, 2013. Prior thereto David served as President & COO from July 2012 to May 31, 2013.

    Previously, David was President of Stuart Olson Industrial Group, which provides integrated products and services on behalf of the industrial sector for the company. Mr. LeMay has also served as President and COO of Stuart Olson’s Laird Electric Inc. subsidiary.

    During his 25 years in the construction industry Mr. LeMay has been involved in all aspects of the field from estimating through to project management.

    David is a licensed construction electrician and has an MBA from Queens University.

    Mr. Sands joined Churchill as Chief Financial Officer in 2005.

    Previously Daryl was Partner & Senior Vice President, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and prior thereto Vice President, PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

    Mr. Sands is a seasoned business executive with an extensive background in accounting, financial controls, management information systems and corporate finance.

    Ms. Decore joined Stuart Olson in 2008 and was appointed Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Development in June 2015. Joette has held various executive positions at Stuart Olson including Vice President, Human Resources; Vice President, Corporate Development; and most recently Vice President, Strategy and Development.

    Joette was formerly a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers for eight years, assisting clients in corporate restructurings and performance management, particularly with clients in the construction industry. Previous to this, she worked as an engineer in the mining industry.

    Ms. Decore holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Queen’s University and a MBA from the University of Alberta.

    Mr. Polson became Senior Vice President Business Development & Community Engagement in June 2014. Prior to this, Paul was Vice President of Stuart Olson Building’s Group from 2001-2014.

    Paul is an Architect by profession and throughout his career has been an active contributor to the business and development sectors, having been involved in significant architectural projects across Western Canada. His extensive resume attests to his proven expertise in construction management, strategic planning, financial and business acumen.

    Paul was admitted to the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada’s College of Fellows in 1990 and was Dean from 2005 to 2010. A strong believer in giving back to the community, Paul is currently on the Board of Directors for the Calgary Stampede, a board member for Theatre Calgary, and is a member of the Dean’s advisory council for the faculty of Environmental Design at the University of Calgary and SAIT Polytechnic.

    Mr. Myles was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Stuart Olson Industrial Group in January 2016. For over 25 years, Bob’s career has focused on the Canadian industrial sector in oil and gas, power and midstream markets.

    Prior to joining Stuart Olson, Bob held a number of executive roles, including Managing Director, Energy at ATCO Ltd.; President, ATCO Pipelines; President, ATCO Energy Solutions; and most recently, President and CEO of an industrial mechanical company.

    Mr. Myles is currently on the Board of Directors for Alberta WaterSMART; a company committed to improving water management in Alberta. He is also a past Director and Chairman of the Canadian Energy Pipelines Association, and a past Director of both the Petroleum Joint Venture Association and the Canadian Gas Processors Association.

    Bob holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics.

    Mr. Atkinson was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Stuart Olson Buildings Group in June 2015. Arthur is an industry veteran with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Beginning his career as a Project Manager, Arthur has held successively senior roles within the industry.

    Arthur has been a dedicated member of the Stuart Olson team for over 10 years and has held senior roles including Vice President of the British Columbia Buildings Group, Vice President of the Southern Alberta Buildings Group, and most recently Executive Vice President of the Buildings Group. Arthur has played a key role in helping the group build a strong and secure backlog, while steadily improving operational performance.

    Arthur is a member of the Canadian Institute for Quantity Surveyors (CIQS) as well as the British Columbia Quantity Surveyors Association (QSBC).

Mr. Krill was appointed the President of Canem Systems in April 2017. For over 30 years, John’s career has focused on utility and multi-trade services within the Canadian commercial and industrial sectors.

Prior to joining Canem Systems, John held a number of senior and executive roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Operations, and General Manager Service for a large, integrated multi-trade company.

John is the past Chairman of the Board of Directors for Woodstock Hydro Services Inc., and a past Director, Operations Support for Reliance Home Comfort. He is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario and a former member of Conestoga College's Heating, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Program Advisory Committee.

Mr. Krill holds a MBA from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh Business School, and a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
