She was instrumental in establishing the company’s centralized workforce planning department, optimizing the deployment of skilled tradespeople across client sites in Alberta. Now serving as Senior Manager, Workforce Planning, Jennifer focuses on enhancing efficiency through streamlined processes, innovative technology, and data-driven strategies. A University of Alberta alumna, she holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Human Resources and Contract Law. With a career spanning residential and industrial construction, Jennifer’s expertise lies in aligning workforce planning with organizational goals to deliver impactful results.
