Now serving as Senior Manager, Workforce Planning, Jennifer focuses on enhancing efficiency through streamlined processes, innovative technology, and data-driven strategies. A University of Alberta alumna, she holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Human Resources and Contract Law. With a career spanning residential and industrial construction, Jennifer’s expertise lies in aligning workforce planning with organizational goals to deliver impactful results.
