Our strategically located Multi-discipline fabrication facility is situated in Nisku along the high-load corridor operates 24/7. The shop material flows are a result of two different approaches. 1) lean manufacturing and 2) ground level innovations for efficient, industry leading production.
Operation features include; Automated Robotic welding, CNC Pipe Cutting, CNC High Definition Plasma cutting, secure laydown and assembly yard.
Deliverables:
- Structural Steel, Misc. Metals
- Pipe spool fabrication, including carbon steel and alloy
- E-Houses, pump skids, complex mechanical buildings, generator buildings and switch gear buildings, process skid
- CSA Electrical Panels, Integrations and off site installation and commissioning
